FLOAT

The float assembly controls the amount of water entering your dishwasher. The assembly unit typically consists of a float and float arm used to determine the water level by lifting the float arm as the water rises, a float valve to control the flow of water and a switch used to cut water supply when water has reached the desired level.

If your machine is over-filling or you notice water leaking onto the floor, check the float arm for debris such as a string or hair, that might be preventing the arm or switch from operating effectively. If this does not stop the problem reoccurring, we recommend that a qualified commercial dishwasher machine service technician be called to identify and resolve the issue.
