BOILERS & RINSE TANKS
Dishwashers can leak for a variety of reasons. Prompt attention to faults is always recommended to guard against further damage.
The first step is identifying the source of the leak, which could be as simple as condensation buildup, pipe fittings, leaky or damaged hoses. If you eliminate these as the cause, your water or rinse tank may be rusted and will need replacing.
Boilers or rinse tanks can be subject to limescale buildup that can block inlets, cause damage to other washer components or leave sediments behind in your rinse cycle. We always recommend using the services of an experienced dishwasher technician to identify and repair the problem with your washer quickly – and to recommend in-house maintenance techniques that prevent or minimise the chance of a problem reoccurring.
